Bills, income & the calendar
The Bills / Income hub is where Sumwright surfaces the recurring money in your life — income coming in, bills going out, and subscriptions — with a running projection and a month-at-a-glance calendar.
Reading the hub
Sumwright groups the recurring streams it detects into three sections:
- 🟢 Income — deposits it expects, and when.
- 🟡 Upcoming Bills — recurring charges with their due dates and status.
- 🔵 Subscriptions — the renewals it found, including ones that hide in your statement.
A timescale control (1M · 3M · 6M · 1Y) scales the totals and shows your projected net over that horizon.
List vs. Calendar
Use the ☰ List / ▦ Calendar toggle at the top of the hub to switch views. The toggle is available on both the phone and desktop apps.
- List — every stream with its amount, cadence, and due date. Tap a row to re-tag it or (for bills and subscriptions) to authorize it.
- Calendar — a month grid with income in green and bills/subscriptions in amber and blue. Today is highlighted; tap any day to see exactly what lands on it, and use the arrows to move between months. A paid item shows a check.
Notifications
Turn on notifications so Sumwright can remind you as bills come due and tell you when it has confirmed a planned payment from your transactions.
How bills are predicted
Forecasts come from your real payment history — the merchants you actually pay, on the cadence you actually pay them. They’re estimates, clearly labeled as estimates; always check your official statements. Read more in the billing-calendar explainer.
